If you didn't see the Exhibition in Feilding these latest posts indicate some of what you missed. There were 47 images hung and the following images were well received with positive comments. We plan to hold another Exhibition soon, where is undecided, but to be sure, we will be in your town soon.

Sports for blokes in wheelchairs can be as rough as any other team sports. When you get the ball you have no intention of letting it go until you make that touch down.

Photo: Jazz Calder

From Jazz " I always loved the mountain. When I am up on the mountain it clears my head, takes me to daring places or just to the peace and quiet. I could never imagine doing this, but now I have help to take me there, I can. Inside, my head and my heart soar higher than the mountain itself."

Photo: Latifa Daud

Latifa relates "In Pak n Save line, trapped between the shopper behind me, the counter to one side, a screen on the other side, and in front of me, a trolley full of supplies for food parcels yet to be packed. From where I sit, I am vulnerable and closed in.

I am at the mercy of people and space"

Photo: Corban Christensen

Taken on the farm near Pohangana Manawatu. Corban has done a brilliant job capturing the sun on the top dresser ... A favourite family photo to be sure. Congratulations Corban its a great shot

Photo: Dave Sherriff

Dave Sherriff was in the Royal New Zealand Air Force, he is supervisor of the Engineering Drawing Office at RNZAF Base Auckland, he was left paraplegic after a private vehicle accident. Dave plays wheelchair tennis and has coached a wheelchair basketball team. HIs love of aircraft is pretty obvious

in his images ...

This was a popular image in the Feilding Exhibition

Photo: Martin Joergensen

Another from the Feilding Exhibition. This time not mustard seeds, but rapeseeds. A beautiful spring scene from Denmark. Martin takes many shots of these fields when on holiday - the contrast of blue skies and yellow flowers are what attracts

All Saints Church Palmerston North sits waiting, accompanied by the Huia on The Square. Waiting for decisions to be made regarding its future. Meanwhile the cob webs grow (left in the image) and the sky is blue. The low angle allowed the framing of the entrance into the circle of the sculpture.

Photo : Terry Oliver Ward

Another very popular photo at our Feilding Exhibition. Terry shoots her macro shots on her kitchen bench and uses a spray bottle to get the drops forming on her subjects. This refraction image of the daisies was hung, upside down for the entire exhibition, which at the time created a lot of discussion around refraction and reflection.

Photo: Callum Flett

This photo was taken on one of the very steep, windy, streets of the hills above St Clair in Dunedin. Callum and his support worker were out and about on a photo shoot. They pulled into a lay-by to take in the view. It was not safe for Callum to be on the side of the road to take this shot so the photo was set up from inside the vehicle. Callum's support had helped line up the shot and later, it was pretty clear that Callum had wanted to highlight the red hot pokers in the foreground.

This photo was one of ten sold at the recent Fielding Exhibition which was a great success more to come ....
